Millstone House B&B has acquired the 'We're Good To Go' Industry Standard mark meaning that our business has followed government and industry COVID-19 guidelines, have a Risk Assessment in place and a process to maintain cleanliness and aid social distancing.
With just 3 double bedrooms, it is relatively easy to maintain a social distance at Millstone House. In addition to our already stringent cleaning regimes, we have put in place heightened disinfection plans to ensure all frequently touched areas are regularly disinfected. Guests will have access to hand sanitiser and antibacterial products for that extra level of reassurance.
For social distancing purposes we are requesting that all guest bookings are made online during this time. We will be in touch to ask for a fixed arrival/departure time to ensure all guest arrivals and check-outs are staggered. We are continuing to serve cooked breakfasts between 8-9.30am (unless otherwise requested), guests can choose to stagger the time that they have their breakfast so that they are the only ones dining in the breakfast room. All food will be served directly to the table by a server wearing appropriate PPE.
